Hello past 3 days on my laptop, Incredimail2 refuses to download email from one of my two accounts (one I am using right now). By cons it continues normally to download any of my other accounts. On my desktop PC, I have the same INCREDMAIL2 for several years and everything works. This is the same as my laptop, and I want to constantly update each other as a mutual backup. All 2 use XP Home. But I would avoid making a complete copy of the IncrediMail2 my desktop PC and paste it into my laptop to solve my problem, the process is very long because I have a lot of mail and I do not know exactly what I have to copy. I think my problem adtec is due to a misconfiguration of my account but just reading I do not see where the error is. Is that I can simply copy the account settings of my desktop PC with a USB drive and copy them into my laptop? In which particular file are my settings?
Good evening. The easiest action would be to DELETE the account failed to close completely IM (right on the little yellow envelope click the taskbar, and "exit") then RECREATE the account with the same as the desktop PC settings . The heaviest but would probably be more effective to do a full backup of the IM fixed PC (procedure "import / export", and especially "transfer data and settings") and then transfer it to the mobile work ... If you have a lot of emails, the transfer may be long, but this procedure works perfectly.

Hi Tommy41 After DELETED adtec then RECREATES my account fails, the situation remains unchanged. When opening INCREDIMAIL it seeks connection, the mail is waiting on the account, but hangs at 1% without downloading. All other functions work, but very slowly. By cons, other abnormalities, the other account (which worked, I also DELETED but not recreated) was downloading my mails every time you open INCREDIMAIL, creating as many duplicates as openings INCREDIMAIL! Unresolved, I think I'll have to make a copy of the INCREDIMAIL my desktop PC to my laptop. But I confess to being very disappointed, and I am reluctant to spend so much time to solve my problem. I would rather remove the INCREDIMAIL I in RECREATE a new, and copy data files mail instead of new empty files. Unfortunately I do not know what data to INCREDIMAIL files.
Hello Bad news: Can not create the "export" folder with my desktop PC: after a while it tells me to have about 25,000 adtec files compressed to form the archive continues to create folders and ... * numbered cab. after 8 to 10 am (I slept in the meantime!) it stops with IncrediMail Data15 (at best) file and informs me that he has only 18 to 20,000 archived files. I retried adtec 3 times the operation, but none went to the end. So I give up the recovery process, and having now realized that my system of mutual backup with my 2 PC does not work, I'll leave to use IncrediMail as I can not secure it. Too bad, I found it nice from the beginning, but the random function does not suit me. Good evening adtec
I am appalled by the enormity of what you canned adtec in Incredimail! No wonder it crashes! Incredimail Data15?? All this must represent dozens and dozens of GO! I admit even be surprised that it has not planted before ... I hope you find a message that suits you.
