Abstract. Current conditions and the process of expansion, integration and globalization of international trade on the territory generates aaei special interests and specific aaei business activities within foreign relations. Ukraine became aaei a member of the WTO in 2008 after nearly fourteen years of market changes, the result of which is the structure of the process of reorganization and restructuring trade in the foreign market in its classical aaei manifestation export-import operations. The result and the end of the transition period to reduce average customs duty rate to the level of 5.1% in 2013, including 10.1% for agricultural products and 4.8% for industrial goods.
