Today, at the invitation of Commerce, I am here with you, owners, executives, managers of 700 companies in the country, both at home and overseas, as so large and medium and small companies, older and newer, more and less established, export and import, trade, industrial-proivodni, financial, banking, computer, agricultural, east end imports gradezni, travel, service, and from all sectors east end imports of ekonomijata.Tuka present representatives of the largest 250 companies in Macedonia east end imports by exports and therefore profits. There were a significant number of representatives of small and medium enterprises. Today I'm in front of you with pleasure to share some thoughts, opinions, analyzes and information on the state of the economy and prospects for 2013.
Today there are many among us who for many things east end imports are similar, and that at very many things are different. In 2006 th of parliamentary elections for the first time I as a candidate for prime minister won the trust of the majority of citizens, east end imports once before with my party to present you our program as before so all citizens before the chambers. So exactly 6 years, together with coalition partners have begun implementing a program of the Government. Later in 2008 and 2011-th majority of citizens confirmed the confidence of our program and economic policies. These new policies brought many changes in the economy, solve many problems, provided much better conditions for business. Of course there are still many things to improve and problems to be solved and challenges of this recession debt further highlight of the remaining weaknesses that exist and that we will remain focused and committed in the period ahead.
We will remind that in terms of helping companies introducing a flat tax of 10 Ostoja income tax and personal income east end imports tax, introduced and lowest taxes in the country, compared to any country in Europe. And further reduced VAT from 18 to 5 Ostoja for drugs and medical devices, agricultural machinery, seeds and planting east end imports material, fertilizers and raw materials and means of plant protection and irrigation water, east end imports construction of housing, utilities, east end imports computers and software, public east end imports transportation, solar power, crude oil and tourism services. Followed by tax exemption on profits for small and micro businesses with annual revenues up to 3 million, and the choice of model for taxation for those who have 3 to 6 million income. Implemented the reform IRS and tax policy, which simplify and facilitate inquiries about tax. Each year the lower the tariffs, in order to help domestic companies import raw materials that are not produced in Macedonia, as well as compliance with the agreement with the EU. We introduce single window system in EXIM customs to obtain construction permits, which system received numerous international awards, and competent bodies of the United Nations recommended as a model for countries in the region. In terms of support and provided 250 million euros to improve liquidity and investment of Macedonian SMEs. On this occasion, let me inform you that the new credit line of 100 million euros, which became effective in June this year, 22 million euros already approved everything
